摘 要: 采用热模拟手段研究了温度为800 ℃时元素粉末Ti,Al 在热压过程中的致密化行为,测定了元素粉末Ti,Al 在热压中后期的各种力学曲线,并获得了此时材料的致密化方程及应力应变速率方程.结果表明:热压初期,由于元素粉末Ti,Al 反应后压坯强度很低,大量的致密化在加压后的短时间内完成;热压中后期,由于压坯强度的提高,致密化进入由扩散蠕变控制的缓慢阶段,且在该阶段元素粉末Ti,Al 的致密化行为近似遵循线性粘性体关系. The densification behavior of elemental Ti, Al powder hot pressed at 800 ℃ was investigated. The mechanical curves, densification equation and the stress strain rate equation were experimentally determined at this stage. The results show that most amount of the densification is completed in a short time after hot pressing because the reaction of elemental Ti, Al powder resulted in the low strength of the compact. During the intermediate and the later part of the hot pressing, the densification moves into a slow stage controlled by diffusion creep because of the increase of the compact strength, which indicates that excessively long time of hot pressing will be of little benefit to the densification, and also indicats that the densification behavior of elemental Ti,Al powder was approximately in accordance with that of the linear viscous body.
