摘 要: 针对常规覆膜砂在覆膜工艺(冷法覆膜工艺)、覆膜材料等方面的不足,设计研制了由预固化层、可固化层和惰性层构成的耐高温多层覆膜砂。同时,根据蒸汽吞吐井井底温度、湿度环境,建立了湿热法评价体系。在湿热法条件下,该新型耐高温多层覆膜砂经过4轮高温蒸汽后胶结强度可达7.0MPa,具有较高的固结强度和良好的导流能力。到2010年12月底为止,耐高温多层覆膜砂现场共应用4口井,4口井施工后平均日产液25.8t,平均日产油11.5t,累计产油6956t,取得了良好的防砂增油效果,满足了稠油油藏一次防砂多轮次注汽的要求。 The high temperature resistant multilayer coating sand,which was composed of precuring layer,curing layer and inert layer,was developed because of the shortcomings of conventional coating techniques and coating materials.At the same time,based on bottom hole temperature and humidity of steam soaking wells,a moist-heating evaluation system was established.Under the moist-heating condition,the new type of coating sand had 7.0MPa gelling strength and permeability of 87μm2 after 4 times of steam soaking.By the end of Dec.,2010,the sand coating technique is used in 4 wells with average daily liquid production increase of 25.8 t,oil production rate increase of 6956 t,good effect of sand control and oil increment is obtained,it can meet the requirements of once sand control and multi-time steam injections in heavy oil reservoirs,
