摘 要: 采用本体熔融聚合法,用二聚脂肪酸改性不饱和聚酯,用红外光谱(IR)表征了合成物的结构。以过氧化苯甲酰作引发剂,苯乙烯固化得到二聚脂肪酸(简称二聚酸改性不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR),用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了材料的微观结构;并测试了材料的热稳定性、力学性能、耐碱性能、耐水性能。结果表明,引入二聚酸后,UPR韧性得到提高,所得改性UPR的冲击断面表现为韧性断裂。当二聚酸含量为16.04%时,所制备的改性UPR材料的综合性能最佳,与未改性的UPR材料相比,断裂伸长率增加了19.75倍、冲击强度提高了3.23倍,且改性材料的耐碱性、耐水性能及热稳定性均提高,但改性材料的拉伸强度有所下降。 Unsaturated polyester modified by dimer fatty acid(DFA) was synthesized by melting method.The structure of polymer was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR).Benzoyl peroxide,as an initiator,the blend resin was then prepared with DFA-modified unsaturated polyester and styrene.The microstructures of modified unsaturated polyester resin were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The thermal stability,the mechanical properties,alkali resistance and water resistance of castings of the modified UPR were measured.The results indicated that with the introducing of dimer fatty acid,the toughness of unsaturated polyester was improved.The impact fracture section of modified unsaturated polyester showed ductile failure.The comprehensive properties of modified UPR containing 16.04% DFA were optimal.The elongation at break was increased by 19.75 times,the impact strength was increased by 3.23 times when the mole fraction of DFA was about 16.04%.Alkali resistance,water resistance and the thermal stability of dimer fatty acid modified UPR were better than the unmodified unsaturated polyester resin.However,a decrease in tensile strength.
