摘 要: 综述了聚氨酯热降解的过程及机理,探讨了软硬段、NCO∶OH比例、微相分离、氢键、交联度等因素对聚氨酯耐热性的影响,总结了提高聚氨酯热稳定性的方法,并展望了耐热性聚氨酯材料今后的研究方向。 The process and mechanism of thermal degradation of polyurethane were studied.The effect of soft and hard segments,NCO∶OH value,micro-phase separation,hydrogen bonding,and cross-linking degree on the thermal stability of polyurethane were also discussed.Moreover,the method of improving thermal stability of polyurethane was summarized,and the study on thermal stability of heat-resistant polyurethane in the future was presented.
