摘　　要： 在分析了国内外图书馆人力资源管理现状的基础上,指出了目前高职院校图书馆人力资源管理中存在的问题,并以人本管理理念为出发点,提出了改进图书馆人力资源管理的几点建议。 After analyzing the situation of human resource management at home and abroad,the existed problems in the current human resource management in thee college library were pointed out,and based on the concept of humanistic management,the improved management suggestions of human resources management were proposed.
