摘　　要： 基于生态系统理论的高校师资队伍建设,研究的着力点是生态高校师资队伍的内涵、生态要求和建构策略.基于生态系统理论的高校师资队伍包含生态教师个体和生态教师整体.建设符合生态系统理论的高校师资队伍,需要创建生态环境,实施生态管理,注意其远离平衡态的耗散发展和竞争协作的动态发展特性. The construction of university teacher team,based on ecosystem theory,focuses on exploring its definition,ecological requirements and construction strategies.The university teacher team of ecosystem theory includes ecological teachers individual and teachers group.The university teacher team construction of ecosystem theory needs to create the ecological environment and the implementation of ecological management,with the attention to its development far from equilibrium dissipative and the characteristics of its cooperation and competition.
