摘　　要： 目的对广东省女排后备人才结构现状做出客观评价。方法选择身体形态、专项素质和训练竞赛等情况作为评价指标,进行实际测量。结果广东省女排后备人才年龄结构比较合理,但数量与质量不能满足需要,启蒙训练较晚,在求"高"的发展中,忽略了对人才"全、快、变"的培养。结论广东省女排后备人才结构体系自身调节能力有限,短期行为突出,要引进与培养要相结合,适当改变选材方向,在追求高度的同时选择身材匀称,灵活性、力量相对较好的后备人才。 This is a research to objectively evaluate the structural status quo of the reserve players of the Guangdong Women Volleyball （GWV）. The research is carried out through physically measuring subjects according to their body condition, specific quality and their records in training and competition. It is found that the age structure of the reserve players of GWV is proper and its establishment of a structured team has led to positive effects. However, the reserve players are not satisfying in terms of both quantity and quality. Moreover, early training start rather late and the increased preference to players with a premium level of height has led to insufficient attention to the development of young trainees＇ speed and flexibility. The talents system itself has limited adjustability. Therefore, the development of strong reserve players for GWV should combine ＇organically grown＇ with ＇ externally recruited＇ sourees and it is wise to select talents with optimal body posture, flexibility and muscular strength.
