摘 要: 对高职院校教师绩效考核情况进行了调查分析,发现了考核主体方面存在的问题;阐述了“360度反馈”法的含义、特点,探索在高职院校教师绩效考核中,应用“360度反馈”法合理构建考核主体。 Through a survey analysis about Teachers Performance Assessment in the higher Vocational colleges, we found that the problems exist among assessment subject, expounded the "360 degree feedback" method meaning, characteristics. In the course of Evaluation Teacher Performance, we propose "360 degree feedback "method to build the rational assessment subject.
