摘 要: 生态足迹作为一种可持续发展状况的定量测度,反映了人类利用自然的程度。以苏州市2008年统计数据为基础,应用William Rees等提出的生态足迹法对苏州市的生态足迹及生态承载力进行计算,并对苏州市可持续发展程度进行了定量研究和分析。研究结果表明,苏州市人均生态赤字为4.541 2 hm2,远远超出了目前的生态承载力,城市生态系统处于一种不可持续的发展状态。在此基础上,进一步将2008年的研究结果与1998年的相关数据进行对比,发现苏州市的生态足迹虽然有不断增大的趋势,但万元GDP的生态足迹却有所下降,表明苏州市的资源利用率正不断提高。 The ecological footprint analysis is a method used to measure the level of a city's sustainable development.According to the statistical data of Suzhou City in 2008,the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity were calculated and analyzed with this method defined by William Rees.Then the sustainable development of Suzhou was analyzed.The results show that ecological footprint deficit per capita was 4.541 2 hm2.It was far more than current ecological carrying capacity of Suzhou and the city was in an unsustainable development state.Compared with the results of 1998,it is found that the ecological footprint per ten thousand yuan GDP is declining although the ecological footprint is increasing.It indicates that the resources use efficiency in the city is gradually being improved.
