摘　　要： 实用理性体现了中国传统文化的价值追求。它关注现实社会生活,具有把握整体而具体实用,能动活动而冷静理智的特征,造就了中国人独特的心理结构和思维方式。而马克思主义的根本特征是实践性,因此二者在某种程度上具有共通性。它们为社会主义和谐社会的构建提供理论支撑和现实可能性的确证,为解决在构建和谐社会的过程中碰到的各种问题提供思路和启示。 Practical rational reflect Chinese traditional value pursuit, which focus on social life, and has such character, master the entirety, reality, activity and sensibility. Practical rational establish Chinese specific psychology structure and mode of thinking. Marxist＇s essence character is practical rational, therefore, it has some commonality with practical rational. Both of them offer theoretical support and realistic possibility, and finally they provide some method to solve the problem in the progress of building harmonious society.
