摘　　要： 建立了自然保护区游客满意度评价指标体系,包括旅游景观、游览环境、旅游设施、旅游服务4项27个指标,并对湖北神农架自然保护区的游客进行随机调查,分析数据得出指标权重并据此建立自然保护区游客满意度评价模型;采用因素重要性推导模型分析总结了神农架自然保护区旅游的优劣势,结果显示:景观特色、观赏价值、资源原始性等因素为其主要优势,门票价格、资源丰富度、交通设施、游览安全设施等为其急待改进因素。 This paper put forward an evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction,including four aspects：tourism attractions,visiting environment,tourism facilities and tourism services.The calculation of index weights were based on the tourists random survey results in Shennongjia nature reserve,then the evaluation model of tourist satisfaction is established according to the index weight.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of tourism in Shennongjia nature reserve were summed up using the factors-important model.The results showed that the main advantages are landscape features,ornamental value and resources originality,urgent improvement factors are ticket prices,resource abundance,transport,sightseeing and safety facilities.
