摘 要: 针对配电网自动化系统的特点,为了提高配电网合环潮流计算的精度,提出利用基于IEC61970标准的主网公共信息模型(CIM)数据,结合数据采集监视控制(SCADA)系统提供的开关位状态信息,进行主网等值网络阻抗计算,进而使用目前流行的两阶段法进行配电网稳态合环潮流计算的方法。根据提出的算法开发了相应的计算程序,并用算例验证了算法和程序的正确性。 According to the character of distribution automation system, in order to improve the precision of power flow calculation for loop distribution network, this paper presents a loop power flow calculation meth od. The method is as follows: firstly the equivalent impedance of the higher grid is caiculated through making use of the common information model (CIM) of the higher grid based on the IE(261970 standard and the switch status information provided by the supervisory control data acquisition (SCADA) system, then the loop power flow calculation is implemented by using the popular two-stage method. A program is developed according to the proposed algorithm, and the correctness of the proposed algorithm and the program is verified by the case study.
