摘　　要： 文章针对H.264的参考模型JM中错误隐藏算法的不足,设计了一种新的错误隐藏方案。该方案首先检测是否发生场景切换,若发生了场景切换,则采用空域错误隐藏算法,若没有则采用文中改进的时域错误隐藏算法。利用JVT发布的JM86测试模型进行的仿真结果表明,改进方案能够有效地提高解码视频的质量和信噪比,并能有效地检测与处理场景切换。 A new error concealment（EC） method is designed in view of the deficiency of EC algorithm in H.264 reference model JM.The method firstly detects whether the scene change occurs,and if so,the spatial EC algorithm is adopted,otherwise the improved time-domain EC algorithm is chosen.The simulation using the testing model JM86 provided by JVT is conducted and the results show that the improved method can efficiently improve the visual quality and peak signal-to-noise ratio（PSNR） of the decoded video,and detect and deal with the scene change effectively.
