摘　　要： 高等职业技术教育教学改革的出发点与归宿点是提高教育教学质量,衡量教育教学质量的两个重要指标是教育事业指标与经济产业指标。在分析工学结合背景下高等职业技术教育教学改革现状基础上,指出教育教学改革与职业标准对接的必要性。构建与职业标准对接的教育教学改革,有利于高职院校培养出适应经济社会发展需求的高技能型人才。 The starting and ending of the reform of higher vocational education is to improve the teaching quality.To measure the teaching quality has two important indicators： education indicator and economic industry indicator.On the analysis of the current situation of higher vocational education and teaching reform under the background of combination between working and learning,the reform must be docked with professional standards.To construct education teaching reform docked with professional standards is beneficial to the value and function orientation of vocational colleges,and is beneficial to cultivate high-skilled personnel to meet the need of career development.
