摘 要: 根据高压聚乙烯反应器失效的具体位置和形貌,采用CFD方法对夹套系统进行了详细分析,结果表明,由于脱盐水入口管和收缩环间距过大产生了流动死区,使脱盐水不能有效地将反应器产生的多余能量带走,形成高温区,脱盐水处于近沸腾状态,引起严重的汽蚀。同时脱盐水入口管径小于夹套管径形成喷流,导致两管相贯处和入口处夹套两侧壁产成高切应力区,极大加强了冲刷作用。 The numerical calculation based on FLUENT under CFD method is executed on the reasons why the annular tube of the high-pressure polythene reactor was corroded and leaked.The results showed that there was an area where the velocity of water was so low that it was nearly not flowing,because the distant between water inlet tube and the plate ring was too far.So the water could not effectively take away the extra heat from the reactor and the high temperature area forms.In this section,the water was heated up to a high temperature and almost boiled which resulted in the cavitations on the wall of the annular tube.On the other hand,the water in the inlet tube jets in the annular tube which causes high shear stress in the joint between the inlet tube and the annular tube and in two sidewall of the annular tube near the inlet.So the erosion in these positions is increasingly enhanced.
