摘 要: 基于循环取货提出零部件入厂物流平准化的运作流程,包括订单平准化、集货平准化和接收平准化,同时给出零部件入厂物流平准化操作的具体方法,并与非平准化的效果进行对比。最后构建平准化后循环取货的路线优化模型,并选择一个实际应用算例进行分析,结果表明平准化的循环取货能实现零部件供应稳定,提高车辆装载率,降低入厂物流成本。 This paper,based on milk-run,takes the heijunka of parts inbound logistics into intensive study.Combined with the theory of heijunka,we design the heijunka application process.Besides,we compare the heijunka of order,set and receive and non-heijunka.Furthermore,an example is given to verify enterprise can achieve a smooth supply of parts and reduce inventory,and enhance logistics efficiency by the routing optimization and raising the loading rate.Finally,with a minimum of human resources and loading dock,it achieves the optimization of transportation costs,storage space occupancy costs and inventory costs on the whole.
