摘 要: 利用嵌入式系统,研制双丝脉冲焊接电源和送丝机之间控制信号通信系统,将控制电缆由11根线减为5根线;软件采用模块化设计,双机采用二次握手实现11路信号多路复用通信;为避免时序混乱,保证正确通信,CPU(1)只有在CPU(2)允许发送时才发送数据,而CPU(2)只有在接收完数据后才进行发送,双方用信号标识位TB80来标识发送的是标识还是数据值;焊接试验表明该通信系统运行可靠,保证了双丝焊机与送丝机之间的正确通信,符合焊接工艺的要求,实现了减少控制电缆的芯数,既减少生产成本,又减少断线故障率,具有提高生产质量和效率、节能降耗的现实意义。 The embedded control signal communication system was developed which decreased the number of the control cable core between the twin--wire welding power supplies and the wire feeders from 11 cores to 5 cores. The software of this communication system was designed by modularization. By two times handshake protocol, the multiplexing communication of 11 signals was implemented. In order to a void the time sequence' s confusion and guarantee to receive the data accurately CPU (1) transmitted data only when CPU (2) allowed it. CPU (2) transmitted data only after it received data. The both sides marked the identifier TB80 as a identifier or a datum. The weld test val- idated that this communication system operated reliably and guaranteed the proper communication between the twin--wire welding power supplies and the wire feeders. It implemented reduction of the number of the control cable core and will decrease the production cost, lessen the wire breakage failure rate, as well as, improve the production quality and efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption. So it possesses important practical significance and likewise to multi--wire welding and other welding.
