广东省石屑调查与性能分析研究

摘  要: 利用石屑替代河砂是接近目前河砂资源紧缺的一种可能途径。但由于对石屑质量以及其对混凝土性能影响的规律掌握不足,目前石屑代砂混凝土的研究多、应用少。为有效利用石屑,进行了专项调研。从试验结果可知:①广东省石屑主要是花岗岩,石屑的表观密度、松散堆积密度和孔隙率指标基本符合建筑用砂要求;②石屑可根据4.75 mm累计筛余分为粗石屑、中石屑和细石屑3个类别。③细石屑、中石屑中小于4.75 mm部分的级配与机制砂比较接近,其中粗颗粒和小于0.15 mm的细粉含量较高。参考现有机制砂标准,提出了石屑的级配区范围。④石屑中石粉含量较高,可按石粉含量分为≤10.0%、≤15.0%、≤20.0%和>20.0%4个等级,并将石粉含量大于10%的石屑称为高石粉含量石屑。 The stone chip used as the substitute of the river sand is a possible measure for resolving the shortage of river sand.But the quality of the stone chip and the influence of the stone chip on the performances of concrete are not clear,so the stone chip used in the project is very few.The investigation and the performances analysis of the stone chip were done for effectively using the stone chip.The results are as followings:①the stone chips in Guangdong Province are granite,and the specific gravity,the bulk unit weight and the void of the stone chip are according with the requirements of sand for building;②the stone chip can be divided into the coarse stone chip,the medium stone chip,and the fine stone chip by the cumulative percentage remain of 4.75 mm sieve;③the grade of the medium stone chip or the fine stone chip smaller than 4.75 mm is close to that of the machine-made sand,but the content of coarse particle and the content of the particle smaller than 0.15 mm are high.The grade requirement of the stone chip was bought forward by referencing the machine-made sand standard;④the stone powder content of the stone chip is high,and the stone chip can be divided into four classes by the content of the stone powder,which is less than 10.0%,less than 15.0%,less than 20.0% and larger than 20.0%.The stone powder content of the stone chip larger than 10% is defined as the high stone powder chip.
