摘 要: 研究在同一浇注温度下,不同冷却速率对2101双相不锈钢凝固过程线收缩的影响。结果表明,冷却速率减慢,有利于奥氏体析出和长大,奥氏体的比例增加,2101双相不锈钢的线收缩增大。 The effect of cooling rate on the linear contraction of 2101 duplex stainless steel was investigated at the same casting temperature.It was found that the linear contraction increased with the decreasing of cooling rate,for slow cooling rate favored the precipitation and growth of austenite,leading to more austenite.
