摘　　要： 介绍了琼胶降解制备琼胶寡糖的两种方法——化学法和酶解法,并简要阐述了琼胶寡糖在药品、保健品、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂及化妆品等方面的应用进展。 Two synthesis processes （ chemical method and enzymatic method） of agaro - oligo saccharide were recommended, and their application in medicine, health care products, food additives, feed additives and cosmetic were summarized.
