摘 要: [目的]探讨不同培养条件对海洋红酵母类胡萝卜素累积的影响,确定最佳培养条件。[方法]以海洋红酵母HN-3为材料,考察温度、pH、盐度和培养时间对海洋红酵母类胡萝卜素累积的影响。[结果]最佳培养条件为温度30℃、pH 6、盐度3%、培养时间48 h。该培养条件下海洋红酵母摇瓶发酵的类胡萝卜素产量为588.6μg/g,比初始发酵条件下的类胡萝卜素产量(478.8μg/g)提高了22.9%。[结论]为确定海洋红酵母累积类胡萝卜素的培养条件提供理论依据。 [Objective]The aim was to discuss the effect of different culture conditions on the carotenoid cumulation in Rhodotorula benthica so as to determine the optimum culture conditions.[Method]With Rhodotorula benthica HN-3 as the test material,the effects of temperature,pH,salinity and culture time on the carotenoid cumulation in Rhodotorula benthica were investigated.[Result] Under the optimum culture conditions of 30 ℃,6 pH value,3% salinity and 48 h culture time,the carotenoid yield in the shake-flask fermentation of Rhodotorula benthica reached 588.6 μg/g,which was higher than that under the initial fermentation conditions(478.8 μg/g) by 22.9%.[Conclusion]The study would provide experimental basis for determining the culture conditions of caroteniod in Rhodotorula benthica.
