摘　　要： 论述长网成形所存在的问题及添加顶网成形器的必要性,介绍无驱动辊式顶网成形器的结构、作用机理及性能特点,并以东莞旭丰纸业有限公司4400/400纸机生产情况为例,说明无驱动辊式顶网成形器的使用效果。 The problem of paper formation by fourdrinier former and necessity of rebuilding fourdrinier by adding top former were discussed.This paper introduced structure,mechanism and characteristics of no driven roll top former.Then introduced its application in 4400/400 paper machine product line of Dongguan Xufeng Paper Co.Ltd.,the paper showed good application effect of top former.
