摘 要: 研究一种汽车变速箱电软轴手动换挡控制系统优化设计方法。通过CPLD可编程逻辑芯片实现远距离控制变速箱换挡动作,保证变速箱换挡输出信号正确和快速响应。阐述了汽车变速箱速度位置精确判别逻辑原理。给出了CPLD逻辑控制硬件结构原理图并实施应用。提出一种汽车变速箱电软轴手动换挡控制系统优化设计方法,实现远距离控制变速箱换挡动作用位置反馈,并带灯指示的实时进档显示档位状况的手动换档控制系统,保证变速箱换挡输出信号正确和快速响应。在大客车实验结果表明控制系统可行、可靠性好、抗干扰能力强,并且获得发明专利。 An optimal design for electric flexible shaft of manual shifting control system of auto gear box is studied in it,which may control the shifting by remote control through CPLD programmable logic chip with warranty of accurate output signal of transmission shifting and fast response.A logical principle for accurate discriminating speed location of auto gearbox is expounded in it.A structure diagram of CPLD logic control hardware is provided,as well as its application.Then an optimal design for the manual shift control system of the flexible shaft in automobile transmission is proposed,which realize position feedback of shifting through a manual shift remote control system with lights showing gear status real-time in order to ensure the correctness of the output shift signal to transmission and fast response of it.Experimental results show that the bus control system is feasible with its reliability and good anti-interference ability which is issued with patents for invention.
