摘　　要： 财产关系社会化是资本主义社会发展的一般规律,具体表现为财产占有关系、财产控制关系、财产交换关系和财产收入关系的社会化调整。这一规律在社会主义条件依然存在,决定了我国国有企业产权制度的改革、企业治理机制的完善以及分配制度的变革等必须以社会化作为方向,才能真正实现社会的和谐、持续发展。 The socialization of property relations is a general rule in capitalism.And it manifests as the socialization of property-owning relations,the socialization of property-controlling relations,the socialization of property-exchanging relations,and the socialization of property-earning relations.This rule still functions in the socialism,so it is necessary for Chinese state-owned enterprises to reform their property right systems,the corporate governance as well as the distribution systems in the direction of socialization.Thus China could realize the harmonious society thoroughly,and ensure its sustainable development.
