摘 要: 以某塑料模具公司的 C I M S应用工程为背景,探讨在 C I M S环境下的模具逆向工程框架及实现模具复杂曲面测量—建模(曲面重构)—加工一体化方法。分析商品化 C A D/ C A M 软件 S T R I M 100 和 C O P Y C A D 中的曲面重构技术及实际应用效果。提出利用曲率函数辅助求解特征和拓扑关系加快曲面重构速度和准确性的方法。 Reverse engineering approach is widely applied in design and manufacturing of die and mould. In this paper, based on the background of CIMS engineering of a involved plastic die and mould manufacturing company, a new framework of reverse engineering in CIMS environments, as well as the approach of integrated measuring, modeling and machining of sculptured surfaces are proposed. The surface reconstruction technologies of some commercial software systems , such as STRIM100 and COPYCAD, and it's applied effect are investigated. The drawbacks of these software systems are that the former relys on the experience of the designer when he reconstructs a complex surface, and the latter is difficult and not flexible for user in definition of triangular meshes and their boundary constraints. A new approach of resolving features and topologic relations of sculptured surfaces, which has good effect in applying, is presented to improve the speed and accuracy of reconstruction.
