摘　　要： 做好学生党建工作，对于民办高校社会主义办学方向具有决定性意义。本文对民办高校学生党建工作的现状和存在的主要问题进行了探讨，认为在新的办学形式和运行机制下，推动民办高校基层党组织的持续健康发展，有着重要的现实意义。 Party construction among college students plays an important role for private universities to persevere in the socialist orientation in education provision. This paper focuses on its current situation, main problems and solutions. Under the new form and operational mechanism of school running keeping the grass-rooted Party organizations in a sustainable and healthy development is of practical significance.
