摘　　要： 提出一种二次规划的神经网络优化算法，并将该算法应用于遥感图像的恢复中。计算机仿真结果表明，所提算法收敛快、图像恢复效果好。 An optimal algorithm using quadratic programming for neural network is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm is used for remoting sensing image restoration. The experimental results show that the algorithm not only significantly increases the convergence rate of processing, but also produces good restoration results.
