摘　　要： 缘起于欧洲的心理咨询对中国而言是"舶来品",但东西方文化、竞技体育制度的差异,使得西方的心理咨询和训练模式并不完全适用于中国运动员。如何将中国传统文化与现代运动心理学理念结合在一起,整合为兼具东西文化特征的运动员心理建设系统,帮助运动员不断自我发展,已经成为一些实践在运动队第一线的心理学工作者开始思索和需要解决的现实问题。基于这样的思考,探讨中国文化与运动员心理咨询和心理训练在5个方面的契合:人生境界:中国哲学与运动员心理咨询目标之契合;知行合一:中国文化与运动员心理咨询途径之契合;自然之道:中国文化与运动员心理咨询内容之契合;身心控制:中国文化与运动员心理训练核心之契合;术以载道:中国文化与运动员心理训练方法之契合。 Psychological consultation originated from Europe is a kind of foreign products to Chinese people.Because of value system difference and professional sport system difference between the Eastern culture and the Western culture,psychological consultation and psychological training originated from the western culture show some limitations when they are applied to Chinese athletes.Chinese sport psychologists working in the athletic teams have begun to explore the ways to combine traditional Chinese culture with modern sport psychology ideology into an integrated system of athletes psychological development,which bears characteristics of both eastern and western cultures.Based on the above consideration this paper covered the following topics： 1） Doctrine of life： agreement on the goal of Chinese philosophy and the goal of athletes＇ psychological consultation.2） Consistence of cognition and behavior： agreements of Chinese culture and the ways of athletes＇ psychological consultation.3） Tao of Nature： agreement of Chinese culture and contents of athletes＇ psychological consultation.4） Control of mind and body： agreements of Chinese culture and core of athletes＇ psychological training.5） Methods being ways to show doctrine： agreements of Chinese culture and methods of athletes＇ psychological trainings.
