摘　　要： 将科技型企业创新机理的方方面面归结为三个层面:创新的推动力,拉动力和推动力、拉动力的综合作用力,从理论的高度简要地阐述了科技型企业的创新的影响要素,以求对科技型企业的创新成长具有普遍的指导意义。 Innovation is a relatively broad topic on the science and technology enterprises and this article boils down to three levels about all aspects of its innovative mechanism： the driving force of innovation,pulling power and the integrated force between drive force and pulling power.And then this article briefly describes the impact elements of science and technology enterprises＇ innovation to make universal significance to the growth of science and technology enterprises.
