摘　　要： 政府对产业发展的作用是科技服务业发展的强大外部动力,尤其是在社会主义市场经济条件下,政府政策是非常重要的产业发展要素。世界各国都从法律环境建设、行业自律管理、构建政府科技服务机构等方面促进本国科技服务业的发展,但不同国家和地区在政府作用的发挥上也存在明显差异。广东省政府应在借鉴经验的基础上提出符合科技服务业发展特点的政策支持体系。 Government is the external power of the industry development.Especially in the socialist market economy,government policies are very important elements of the industry development.Every country in the world develops science and technology industry by setting legislation systems,self discipline standards and government organizations.But there are difference among them.Guangdong province should set up policy systems that are beneficial to the development of science and technology service industry based on other countries＇ experience.
