摘　　要： 图书馆是构建公共文化服务体系的重要力量。随着实践的推进和深入,图书馆公共服务体系建设面临深化和完善的问题。文章以东莞市图书馆服务到户工程为例,分析了在图书馆体系日益完善的新阶段如何进一步发挥体系的功能作用,并提出了对加强体系的整体建设和重视带动基层图书馆发展的思考。 Library is an important force in the construction of public cultural service system.With the promotion of practice,library public service system is facing the problem of deepening and improving.Taking library to the home service project in Dongguan for example,this paper analyzes that how to further play the functional role of the system in the new stage of increasingly perfectness of library system,and puts forward thoughts on the strengthening of overall construction and the importance of promoting the development of primary Library.
