摘 要: 研究了外加葡萄糖、淀粉、乙酸钠3种碳源对SBR法降解模拟选矿废水浮选药剂的影响。实验结果表明:在停留时间为2h、苯胺黑药(二苯胺基二硫代磷酸)、黄药(丁基黄原酸钠)、乙硫氮(三水合二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠)初始质量浓度分别为120,6,3m g/L的条件下,以淀粉为外加碳源时,3种浮选药剂的降解效果最好,苯胺黑药、黄药、乙硫氮的去除率分别为96.6%,89.8%,76.9%,模拟废水COD去除率为82.3%;3种共代谢基质降解苯胺黑药的反应速率常数从大到小依次为淀粉、葡萄糖、乙酸钠。 The effects of 3 external carbon resources, such as glucose, starch and sodium acetate, on the biodegradation of flotation reagents in simulated ore milling wastewater by SBR process were studied. The experimental results show that: When the residence time is 2 h, the initial concentrations of aniline aerofloat (dianilino dithiophosphoric acid ), xanthate (sodium n-butyl-xanthate ), diethyldithiocarbamate (Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate trihydrate) are 120, 6, 3 mg/L respectively, and starch is used as the external carbon resource, the biodegradation effects of the 3 flotation reagents are the best with 96.6%, 89.8%, 76.9% of removal rates respectively, and the COD removal rate is 82.3%; The order of reaction rate constants of aniline aerofloat biodegradation with the 3 cometabolism substrates is starch, glucose, sodium acetate ( from large to small).
