摘 要: 从竞争情报、公司战略与竞争优势三者的内涵出发,分别讨论竞争情报与公司战略的关系、公司战略与竞争优势的关系以及竞争情报与竞争优势的关系,然后基于三者关系构建三者关系模型,认为企业应该妥善处理三者关系,利用三者间的相互作用使企业获得持续的竞争优势。 On the basis of the connotations of competitive intelligence,corporate strategy and competitive advantage,this paper respectively discusses the relationships between each other,then builds a relationship model based on the relationships among the three.Finally,it comes to a conclusion that enterprise should properly deal with the relationships among the three,and use the interactions of them to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
