摘 要: 针对复杂配电网的结构特点和故障影响范围的不同,采用最小路径算法来对复杂配电网进行可靠性评估。根据本算法运用Visual C++语言编写可靠性分析程序。程序通过建立数据结构来获取系统的拓扑结构,然后依次考虑网络中各元件对负荷点可靠性的影响,得出各负荷点及系统的可靠性指标。以IEEE的标准可靠性测试系统RBTS的母线6为对象,运用本文提出的算法对系统进行了可靠性评估,结果证明本文所提出的配电网系统可靠性评估算法及根据此思想设计的程序正确。 This paper aim at the configuration and the dissimilarity of area about malfunction,and takes a method which combines the equivalence of the area and the minimal path method is applied to the algorithm of reliability evaluation for complex distribution network.A relevant program of this method is done with the Visual C++6.0.The program establishes data files to learn the configuration of power system.Then it considered the effect that each device imposed on each load point.The paper chooses distribution system for RBTS bus 6 as studying system to show valid and applied.The result shows that the proposed distribution system reliability evaluation method and the designed process based on this antilogy are correct.
