摘 要: 器件模型的开发工作是电路仿真问题研究的一个重要内容,如何在得到更加准确的器件模型的同时,缩短模型的开发周期,降低开发成本,是设计者面临的一个日益严重的问题。本文着重论述了通过将面向对象思想引入到电路仿真程序的器件建模机制中,采用成果复用和快速原型化开发技术来解决这一问题的新思路。 Device modeling is one of the main tasks of circuit simulation.How to realize a more accurate device model and reduce the time and cost for modeling at the same time is a serious problem lying ahead of the designer.In this paper,an object oriented way is presented.It shows that these problems can be solved by the reusable unit and a fast prototyping technique with the object oriented thoughts introduced into the device modeling mechanism.
