摘 要: 介绍了干式变压器温度在线监测装置的组成及工作原理,分析了以ADuC812单片机为核心构成的温度控制器硬件电路和处理软件。该温控器可同时检测4路温度信号,进行温度显示、散热电机驱动、超温报警、故障跳闸、模拟信号输出,并通过RS-485与上位机通信实现集中监控。试验表明,温控器测温误差±0.5℃,接点动作误差±0.6℃,满足电磁干扰的各项试验要求。 Mainly introduces the composition and operating principle of the on-line monitoring device of the dry-type transformer,analyses the temperature controller hardware circuit and processing software with ADuC812 as the core.The temperature controller can detect four temperature signals simultaneously,conduct temperature display,heat dissipation motor drive,over temperature alarm,fault trip,analog signal output,achieve centralized monitoring with upper computer communication through RS-485.The experiment shows that the measuring error of temperature controller is less than ±5℃,whilst the maxim error of contact movement is 0.6℃,which can meet all the experimental demands of electromagnetic interference.
