摘　　要： 人们为作为一种政治思想的多元文化主义叫好的时候,经常忽略多元文化主义背后的陷阱和问题,"多元文化主义"并不等于"多元文化的"。以移民流散文化为例,多元文化主义并非是协调少数族群和主流族群的政治策略法宝,这是因为多元文化主义本身就充满悖论,即它的"认同政治"和"差异政治","认同政治"和"差异政治"促使主流文化在对待移民文化方面因文化本身的差异性及对认同性认识的不同而无法协调。因此,世界主义可以作为超越多元文化主义的一种可能。 When multiculturalism as a political thought wins acclaim from people,they usually ignore the problem behind it,that is,＇multiculturalism＇ is not equal to ＇multicultural＇.Taking diaspora culture as an example,multiculturalism is not a political antidote for coordinating minorities and majorities because multiculturalism itself is full of paradoxes,among which there are ＂identity politics＂ and ＂politics of difference＂.They lead to the situation that the mainstream culture cannot accommodate the migration culture because of the differences between cultures and different recognition of identity.Therefore,cosmopolitanism may be a possible way to transcend multiculturalism.
