摘　　要： 作为一部社会言情小说,《恨海难填》主要篇幅在写社会,主要成就则在言情。小说描绘了一种高尚而平等的现代爱情,同时涉及到传统孝道的主题,写出了人性的深刻与复杂,揭示了人性的弱点与缺陷,为现代通俗小说的深化作出了贡献。不过,小说艺术表现方面的不足在通俗小说界也具有代表性。 As a social romance,Sea of Hatred writes society as its main contents,but it attributes its main achievements to the description of love.The novel describes a kind of love which is noble and equal like modern love,and it also pays attention to traditional filial piety.It reveals that human nature,profound and complicated,is full of weaknesses and flaws,thus making contributions to the artistic achievements of modern popular fictions.However,the artistic weakness in this novel also reveals modern popular fictions.
