摘 要: GMT材料属于热塑性复合材料,具有良好的耐热性、刚性和耐冲击性,且易加工成型,不但可满足汽车零部件所要求的均衡的弯曲强度和冲击强度,而且能够回收再利用。介绍了GMT材料在轿车前托架、隔音罩、电池托架、保险杠、座椅骨架及仪表板骨架等汽车零部件上的应用现状和发展趋势。 GMT material is a kind of thermoplastic compeite material pesessing good heat resistance, rigidity andanti - impacting property and being easily processed, which not only can meet the requirements of uniform bending and im-pacting strength for motor vehicle components, but may also be reclaimed. The status quo and development tendency for theGMT material application to car components are presented such as front support for miscelaneous accessories, sound insulatingcasing, battery support, bumper, seat frame and instrument Panel, etc.
