超声辅助提取冬瓜籽油工艺的研究

摘  要: 以冬瓜籽为原料,采用超声波辅助法对冬瓜籽油脂的提取工艺进行研究。影响冬瓜籽油脂提取的单因素有超声时间、超声温度、料液比、超声功率,并对这4种因素采用L9(34)进行正交试验,由正交试验极差分析得出最佳提取工艺条件:溶剂石油醚,提取时间40 min,温度60℃,料液比1:12,超声功率120 W,提取率为88.55%。GC-MS分析表明,冬瓜籽油主要脂肪酸组成为亚油酸(45.17%)、棕榈酸(32.09%)、硬脂酸(16.45%)、油酸(4.99%)和花生酸(0.36%)组成,其中亚油酸含量最高达45.17%。 The ultrasonic assistant extraction technique of wax gourd's seed oil was studied with wax gourdTs seeds as raw material. The single factors affecting the extraction of wax gourd's seed oil were ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, solid-liquid ratio as well as ultrasound power. The L9 (34) orthogonal test was designed with these factors, and the optimal extraction conditions were as follows : ultrasonic time 40rain ; ultrasonic temperature 60℃ ; solidliquid ratio 1:12 and ultrasound power 120 W. Under the optimal condition ,the extraction rate was 88.55%. The composition and contents of fatty acid in wax gourd's seeds were determined by GC-MS. Results showed that linoleic acid (45. 17%), palmitic acid (32.09%). stearic acid (16.45%), oleic acid(4.99%) and arachidic acid (0.36%). The compounds with the highest contents in the wax gourd's seeds were linoleic acid, accounting for 45.17%.
