摘 要: 针对国内大功率臭氧发生器采用组合电源方案中存在的功率不可调、电源之间相互干扰消弱等弊端,设计与实现了一种单机型大功率变频功率可调臭氧发生器电源,通过PLC调节移相触发驱动电路触发脉冲的宽度,控制晶闸管的导通角,从而实现三相全控电流电压功率调节功能,并给出了电源功率与臭氧产量的实测数据。同时,PLC还完成放电工作频率的设定、过流过压保护、电路软启软关等功能。本设计用于生产实践中可实现空气源数千克级的臭氧生产量。 Aiming at the many disadvantages existing in assembled ozone generator power system,like power value non-adjustable,interference slacking down each other etc,a PLC controlled power-adjustable,frequencychangeable,one-unit power system of high ozone generator was designed and realized,which adjusted the power value through controlling the conduction angle of SCR with PLC programs.Meanwhile,the PLC also controlled the working frequency,over flow and over voltage,and power on or off of the system.The test data and application shows the system works stable and reliable,and it is able to achieve kgs/h output of ozone.
