摘 要: 目的通过中药有效成分鱼腥草素钠对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜抑制作用的研究,为表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜引起的相关感染提供新的治疗途径。方法利用XTT减低法评价鱼腥草素钠对表皮葡萄球菌初始黏附及生物被膜内细菌代谢的影响,镜下观察该药对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜的形态学影响。结果鱼腥草素钠对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜菌的SMIC50和SMIC80分别为62.5和1 000 mg.L-1;1 000 mg.L-1质量浓度的鱼腥草素钠对表皮葡萄球菌早期黏附有抑制作用;500 mg.L-1质量浓度的鱼腥草素钠对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜的形态有显著影响。结论鱼腥草素钠对表皮葡萄球菌生物被膜的形成与黏附均有抑制作用。 OBJECTIVE To provide a new therapeutic approach for Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm-associated infections by studying the inhibitory effect of sodium houttuyfonate,the active ingredient of Chinese medicines,on S.epidermidis biofilm.METHODS XTT reduction assay was used to evaluate the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the initial adhesion of S.epidermidis and biofilm metabolism,and microscope was applied to observe biofilm morphology.RESULTS SMIC50 and SMIC80 of sodium houttuyfonate against S.epidermidis biofilms were 62.5 and 1 000 mg·L-1 respectively.Sodium houttuyfonate inhibited the early adhesion of S.epidermidis at 1 000 mg·L-1,and showed a significantly inhibitory effect on S.epidermidis biofilm morphology at 500 mg·L-1.CONCLUSION Sodium houttuyfonate can inhibit S.epidermidis biofilm formation and adhesion.
