摘　　要： 损失规避是指损失要比等量的收益所产生的心理效用更大。自从损失规避的概念提出以来,后续的研究者已从不同的角度证明了损失规避是一种普遍存在且十分稳健的现象。本文首先介绍了损失规避的三种研究方法,即博彩游戏、物品交易和物物交换;接着深入探讨了损失规避的影响因素,包括情感依恋、认知视角和情绪;然后介绍了损失规避的行为表现,包括禀赋效应、安于现状偏差、沉没成本效应、赢者的诅咒、股权溢价之谜和处置效应。本文最后指出了目前研究的不足和未来的研究趋势。 Loss aversion was defined as losses loom larger than the same amounts of gains.Loss aversion has been verified across many different perspectives since it was first proposed by Kahneman and Tversky.This paper first introduced three different research approaches：gamble games,trade of goods and exchange of goods,then we summarized influential factors of loss aversion：emotional attachment,cognitive perspective and emotion,then we introduced behavioral manifestation of loss aversion：endowment effect,status quo bias,sunk cost effect,the winner＇s curse,equity premium puzzle and disposition effect.Finally,some limitations are discussed and the directions for future study on loss aversion are suggested.
