摘　　要： 分析"学"与"术"的区别与联系,指出"学"与"术"既不能浑然不清,也不能截然分离,而应有机结合,良性互动。认为体育学硕士研究生面临"学"与"术"的问题可概括为如何处理好基础研究与应用研究、理论学习与专项训练的关系。通过资料分析,认为当下的体育学硕士研究生成长存在的主要问题是"崇术轻学"的倾向而非"技能不足"。还从"大学是什么"的角度反思了体育学硕士研究生"学"与"术"的误区,认为体育学硕士研究生理应着重科研能力的提高,而不是过于看重各种现实利益。 The authors analyzed the differences and connections between ＂knowledge＂ and ＂expertise＂, pointed out that ＂knowledge＂ and ＂expertise＂ can neither be totally mixed up nor be completely separated, but should be organically combined and benignly interacting. The authors considered that the problems about ＂knowledge＂ and ＂expertise＂ faced by postgraduates pursuing a Master of Science of Physical Education degree can be summed up as how to properly deal with the relationships between basic researches and applied researches as well as between theory learning and event specific training. By means of information analysis, the authors considered that the major problem existing in the growth of postgraduates pursuing a Master of Science of Physical Education degree is the tendency of ＂admiring expertise more than knowledge＂ but not ＂skill deficiency＂. The authors also retrospected misunderstandings about the ＂knowledge＂ and ＂expertise＂ of postgraduates pursuing a Master of Science of Physical Education degree from the perspective of ＂what is university＂, and considered that postgraduates pursuing a Master of Science of Physical Education degree should shower attention on the enhancement of their scientific research abilities in stead of focus on various realistic interests.
