摘　　要： 在对社会安全事件进行概念界定和突变分析的基础上,构建了社会安全事件的尖点突变模型,并基于尖点突变模型研究了社会安全事件的发生机理;研究发现:社会安全事件发生过程是连续性和突发性的统一,突跳值大小决定了社会安全事件的危害程度,政府应针对控制变量进行政策研究。 Based on the definition and analysis of social security incidents,this paper established a cusp mutation model of social security incidents.Then by using the model is researched the mechanism of the occurrence of social security incidents.The research results show that the process of the occurrence of social security incidents is the unity of continuity and paroxysmal nature.The value of mutation decides the hazardrating extent of social security incidents.Moreover,it is needed for the government to conduct policy research aiming at control variables.
