摘 要: 详细研究了在矿渣粉磨过程中添加适量硬石膏、半水石膏及二水石膏对矿渣粉磨的助磨、活性激发及矿渣复合胶凝材料与高效减水剂适应性的影响。结果表明:3种石膏对矿渣均有助磨及活性激发作用,且二水石膏的助磨及激发效果最为明显;针对特定矿渣,添加的石膏种类不同,达到最佳助磨及激发效果的合适石膏掺量也不一样;添加二水石膏可以改善矿渣复合胶凝材料与减水剂的适应性,但添加硬石膏和半水石膏对适应性改善效果不大。 Adding appropriate gypsums in the grinding process of slag as grinding aids and activators, this paper investigated the influences of anhydrite, semi-hydrate gypsum, hydrate gypsum on slag grinding effects, sulfate excitation and the compatibility of water reducing agents and slag binder in detail. It was demonstrated that the addition of all the three kinds of gypsums improved the grinding efficiency and compressive strength, and hydrate gypsum showed better than other kinds. For the certain slag, with the adding of different kinds of gypsum, the optimum contents which indicated the greatest grinding effects and priming action were different; blending hydrate gypsum improved the compatibility of water reducing agents and slag binder, but anhydrite, semi-hydrate gypsum decreased the compatibility.
