摘 要: 本文构建了中国城市商业银行经营战略、企业文化与经营管理层胜任力与经营绩效的结构模型,运用探索性因素分析法和验证性因素分析法进行实证研究。结果表明,城市商业银行经营管理层胜任力模型包括内在素质、管理技能、关系管理三维结构;在中国城市商业银行,经营管理层管理技能胜任力对经营战略与财务绩效间的关系起到完全中介作用,经营管理层关系管理胜任力对经营战略与非财务绩效间的关系起到完全中介作用,经营管理层内在素质胜任力、关系管理胜任力分别对企业文化与非财务绩效的关系起到完全中介作用。 The paper establishes a structural model that reflects the relationship among business strategy, enterprise culture, the management's competency and operating performance in Chinese city commercial banks, and makes an empirical study with exploratcny factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the competency model of Chinese city commercial bank's management has a three-dimensional structure, including internal quality, management skill, and relation management. Management skill competency of the management plays a fully intermediary role between business strategy and financial performance, relation management competency plays a fully intermediary role between business strategy and non-financial performance, and internal quality competency and relation management competency show fully intermediary function on the relationship between enterprise culture and non-financial performance respectively.
