摘 要: 在不加催化剂的条件下用化学分析法研究了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)的反应动力学,结果表明:—NCO与—OH的反应属于二级反应,由于TDI中对位—NCO基(C4—NCO)和邻位—NCO基(C2,6—NCO)反应活性的差异,在动力学曲线上呈现出一个明显的折点,该折点被认为是C4—NCO和C2,6—NCO反应活性的分界点。同时计算了不同温度下C4—NCO和C2,6—NCO的反应速率常数(K1,K2)和活化能(Ea1,Ea2),随着温度的升高,C4—NCO和C2,6—NCO反应活性都增加但两者的差异逐渐减小。同时还研究了不同—NCO和—OH配比下反应动力学。 The kinetics of uncatalyzed polymerization of trimethylolpane(TMP) with toluene diisocyanate (TDI) has been studied with quantitative chemical titration at different temperatures and ratios. Results showed that a discontinuity was observed in the second - order plots of uncatalyzed reactions due to different reactivities of NCO groups ill the 4 - and 2 - positions of TDI. The broken point was considered to be the demarcation point of reactivities of the isocyanate groups in 4 - and 2 - positions of TDI. The rate constants ( k1 ,k2 ) and activation energy ( Ea1, Ea2 ) for the isocyanate groups in 4 - and 2 - positions were calculated respectively. The k1 and k2 increased with increasing temperature, but decreased for the ratio of k1/k2. Meanwhile the kinetics of reaction at different ratio of -NCO/-OH was also studied.
