摘　　要： 低碳经济是一个全新的概念和经济发展模式,也是经济可持续发展的重要支撑战略。2004-2007年间四川省能源消耗量和CO2排放量在逐年增加,深入研究四川经济发展中CO2排放量增长的驱动因素,对有的放矢地制定减排政策,发展低碳经济,应对气候变化有着重要的理论和现实意思。 Low-carbon economy as a whole new concept and model of economic development is also important to support sustainable economic development strategy,Sichuan 2004-2007 energy consumption and CO2 emissions increased year by year,in-depth study of economic development in Sichuan,CO2 emissions growth drivers of the development of targeted emission reduction policies,the development of low-carbon economy and climate change has important theoretical and practical meaning.
