摘 要: 利用多孔狭缝喷嘴考察了不同壁面条件对平行平板间甲烷/空气预混火焰熄火的影响规律,并采用表面分析手段探讨了不同材料对熄火特性的影响因素。实验结果表明壁面温度和表面特性都会影响熄火特性,熄火间距随着壁面温度的升高而单调减小,材料不同时熄火间距的差别在低温和高温时较小,在壁温为400℃时最大。化学熄火效应与表面化学吸附的OH基团有一定关联,即壁温相同时,表面的化学吸附氧越多,熄火间距就越小,反之亦然。 Effects of different surface conditions on flame quenching of premixed methane/air flame were investigated by using a slit burner between two parallel walls.Influencing factors of effect of different materials on quenching characteristics were discussed basing on surface analysis.The obtained results show that surface temperature and surface characteristic have effect on quenching characteristics.The quenching distance decreased monotonously with the increase of surface temperature for all materials.D-values of quenching distance of different materials are small at low temperature and high temperature and the maximum D-values appear at 400℃.The chemisorbed hydroxyl groups on the surface and chemical quenching have certain relevance at same surface temperature,the more chemisorbed O on the surface,the smaller quenching distance,and vice versa.
